Standard Shipping Times
We typically ship orders within seven business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
For products over $100, a shipping insurance fee is included in the shipping and handling charges to ensure the safe delivery of your items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Tracking
All international orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, we kindly ask that you first contact the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided. They will have the most up-to-date details on your shipment.
If the carrier is unable to assist you or directs you back to us, we will be happy to help in any way we can within our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim, as they are responsible for items damaged in transit. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue or advises you to contact us, we’ll do our best to assist from our end.

For pre-ordered items, shipping times will be specified on the product description page. Please refer to these details to know when you can expect us to ship your pre-ordered items.
Delivery Times
While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Various factors such as shipping method, carrier delays, and your location may affect delivery times.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address provided at checkout or because the customer was unavailable to receive the package (e.g., out of town), the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase to avoid delays and additional charges.

Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect sizes provided at checkout. We strongly encourage reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or adjusted.
